FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: thyristor state control device includes controlled thyristor, power supply source during conducting periods of thyristor operation and measuring complex. Measuring complex is also provided with backward current sensor. In addition, thyristor state control device is equipped with shaping device of signals of the specified shape, additional power supply during non-conducting operation periods of thyristor and non-controlled thyristor parallel connected to controlled thyristor. At that, anode and cathode of controlled thyristor are connected respectively to cathode and anode of non-controlled thyristor.
EFFECT: improving operating efficiency of state control device of thyristor and converter in which it is used.
