SUBSTANCE: device has a multi-element photodetector device, an optical system for creating an infrared image in the plane of the detecting elements of the multi-element photodetector device, a cooling system and an information processing unit, combined on a single bearing frame, a video monitoring device for viewing the infrared image. The combined elements are in form of a module with unified interfaces. The combined modules include a signal pre-processing module, a cooling system control module, a control interface module, a control device and a power module. The information processing unit is in form of an electronic processing module. The electronic processing module facilitates communication between the signal pre-processing module, the cooling system control module, the control interface module, the power module and the video monitoring device. The control device is connected to the control interface module and the video monitoring device.
EFFECT: improved technical characteristics, easy upgrading and low expenses on upgrading, low expenses on manufacturing, easy inspection and testing of the device.
