SUBSTANCE: randomly organised network identifier can be received, for example, in the convergence module of a randomly organised network. One or more parametres of the randomly organised network may be formed as a function of the randomly organised network identifier. Each of the groups of computers trying to form a randomly organised network identified by the randomly organised network identifier, may form one or more parametres of the randomly organised network. Two or more groups of computers may execute a protocol for formation of a randomly organised network, parametrised using the formed one or more parametres of the randomly organised network. An instruction for connection to the network may be received, for example, in a network service. If it has been detected that the network is a randomly organised network, a mode for receiving the address of the randomly organised network, which comprises accelerate reception of the address of the randomly organised network, may be activated.
EFFECT: reduced delay when connecting to the network owing to a mechanism for fast allocation of network identifiers, such as a network address, to network participants.
