SUBSTANCE: first wireless device establishes an association with the second wireless device by sending a connection request burst transfer to the earlier detected second wireless device. If a connection response burst is received by the first wireless device from the second wireless device within a timeout period, a connection is established with the second wireless device, if a connection response burst is not received by the first wireless device from the second wireless device within the timeout period, then the connection failure is indicated.
EFFECT: reduced load of a wireless network.
