SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to non-interventional methods and systems of obesity prevention, in particular, to systems, which by analysing tendency of person's weight changing predict probability of developing state of excessive weight or obesity, which can start in a short time period. System of preventing and controlling obesity sate includes at least one stationary unit of preventing excessive weight and obesity by collection of anthropometric information about person in fixed place for prediction and prevention of development of said person's state of obesity; and at least one of the following ones: at least one on automobile board unit of preventing excessive weight and obesity by collection of anthropometric information about, at least, one person who is in automobile for prediction and prevention of development of said person's state of obesity; and at least one unit of preventing person's excessive weight and obesity by prediction and prevention of development of said person's state of obesity, located on places of rest or entertainment, by collection of anthropometric information about person who is for some time out of home during holiday, business trip or journey in places of rest or entertainment. System also includes: communication means for connection of two or at least one stationary unit of preventing excessive weight and obesity, at least one on automobile board unit of preventing excessive weight and obesity or at least one unit of preventing person's excessive weight and obesity in places of rest or entertainment with main service of prevention of obesity development for prediction and prevention of development of said person's obesity.

EFFECT: method and device make it possible to predict obesity due to periodic measurement of person's weight.
