FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, diagnostics, can be used for the comprehensive screening assessment of patient's health. A hardware/software complex for assessing the functional body reserves comprises at least one patient's terminal device (TD) that is a computed with downloaded psychological testing software, a data store with patient's data bases (DB) containing anthropometric measures, test results, test data bases, data bases of text, image and audio objects used in tests. The patient's TD has a computer mouse configured to select and move an image object from one position to the other on the monitor during testing; it is also provided with boards and loudspeakers for audio signal reproduction, video card boards for image data reproduction during testing and/or according to its results. A doctor's TD is coupled by wire or wireless connection to the patient's TD and comprises: a heart rate variability analyser unit configured to estimate a cardiointervalogram recognising R waves, calculating a heart rate and a quantity of considered R-R intervals and variability parameters; an internal media bioimpedancemetry unit configured to assess the body composition; a spirometry unit configured to assess the external respiration function; a blood circulation parameters oscillometry analyser unit configured to assess the central haemodynamics; a pulse oxyhaemometer unit configured to estimate a photoplethysmogram. The units are configured to connect the respective sensors to the patient to obtain the respective patient's criteria through an analogue-digital converter (ADC). All the patient's physiological and psychological parameters obtained by the examination are supplied into an analytical processing unit configured to transform the obtained parameters into a unified ten-point scale and to form integral values to assess the functional body reserves.

EFFECT: invention provides the fast and adequate health assessment in individuals of various categories in any environments with using no additional equipment, with the integral quantity assessment of the human functional body reserves according to primary systems, unifying the assessment of the functional reserves, compactness, transportability and producibility of examinations.
