SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes dental implant abutment and device for abutment fixation. Group relates to field of dentistry and is intendeds for application in prosthetics on implants. Dental implant abutment includes connecting part (11), intended for fixation with dental implant, and post (12) with milled groove (14). Connecting part (11) is made in form of hexagonal element, which has conicity in range from 0.5° to 7°. Device for abutment fixation is made in form of multifunctional snap-on cap, which in apex part has canal with roller, which snaps in milled groove of abutment post. Canal has flat internal faces, matching flat faces of post, and on cervical end of snap-on cap there is a flat face.
EFFECT: providing possibility to perform further operations and use snap-on units, in particular, use snap-on cap, which can be applied for manipulation with support or as base for crown fixation.
