SUBSTANCE: group of inventions involves a dental implant, a dental retainer insertable in the jaw, a dental implant assembly (versions) and a dental implant system, refers to dentistry and is applicable in dental implant treatment. A dental component comprises an engaging segment for engaging the dental component with the dental retainer configured insertable in the jaw. The engaging segment has primary radial projections distributed along the perimeter of the engaging segment and configured immersible into mated sockets formed in the retainer. Along the perimeter of the engaging segment, the first distance separates the first primary radial projection and the second primary radial projection, whereas the second distance separates the second primary radial projection and the next primary radial projection. The above first distance exceeds the above second distance. The area of the engaging segment overlapped by the above first distance is either free from projections, or provided with a secondary radial projection, which is less than any of the above primary radial projections at least in one direction.
