When registering a bite intended to replace a defect in the dentition by means of prosthetics using an implant and a crown, an orthopedic beacon by Igor Myaskivker is used, made in the form of a cylindrical rod with a through axial hole for a screw, with a head and a hexagon in the tail part for fixation on the implant. At the same time, the head is supplemented with a cap with a field thickness of 2-3 mm, made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, the end surface of which has a side length of 4 and 6 mm and is made with a relief pattern consisting of angular spatial geometric shapes, the faces of which are solid and even, the figures located at a distance of more than 2 mm from each other, the tread height is 1 mm.

EFFECT: use of the device makes it possible to exclude displacement and retention of casts in the dental laboratory, ensures high quality of prosthetics and tooth restoration, maintains natural bite, eliminates gingival recession, diseases of the temporomandibular joint and gastrointestinal tract, bruxism, difficulty in oral hygiene, impaired breathing and diction.
