FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology, vertebrology and restorative medicine. An ozone-oxygen mixture is introduced in the patients suffering vertebral cervical radiculopathiesenter. The mixture is introduced in projections C5-C7 of a posterior surface of neck paravertebrally symmetrically at the level of cervical intervertebral disks C6 - C7 and C5 - C6. It is followed with electrical stimulation of a mixture introduction point by pulse electric current. Current frequency is 50 Hz, current intensity is 5-7 mA, electric pulse duration is 0.3 ms. Duration of each procedure is 10-14 minutes. The procedures are performed every second day. The therapeutic course includes 7-10 procedures prescribed.
EFFECT: method allows managing pain syndrome, restoring radicular nerve current by decompression of cervical roots, reducing tissue hypoxia within an area of a cervical plexus innervation.
