FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition of a concrete modifier and preparation method thereof and can be used in the industry of construction materials. In the method of preparing concrete modifier, involving combined dry milling of bauxite slurry and an organic additive, the bauxite slurry used is from production alumina using an alkaline method, and the organic additive used is powdered plasticiser selected from: sulphonated melamine or naphthalene formaldehyde, modified lignosulphonate, polycarboxylate, said milling is carried out in an impact action apparatus with particle speed of 100-400 m/s to particle size of 15-30 mcm, with the following ratio of components in wt %: bauxite slurry 97-98, said organic additive 2-3. The concrete modifier is obtained using the described method.
EFFECT: high strength of concrete on axial stretching and bending tension, improved passivating properties of the concrete with respect to steel reinforcement.
