FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the technology of binding materials and can be used instead of general construction cements in the production of self-compacting, heavy, high-strength, fine-grained and high-quality concrete. A method for producing low-water-demand cement includes joint grinding of Portland cement, a mineral filler – carbonate-containing material and siliceous material, and a superplasticizer in the form of a liquid in a centrifugal-impact mill. Dolomite flour with a specific surface of 320 m2/kg in the form of crushed stone production waste is used as a carbonate-containing material, and separated fly ash from combustion of oil shale of a fraction of 0.25-0.5 mm is used as a siliceous material, with 270-300 parts of the said dolomite flour mixed with 90-140 parts of the said ash. In this case, the components are taken in the following ratio, wt.%: Portland cement – 55-63, dolomite flour with the specific surface of 320 m2/kg – 27-30, separated fly ash from combustion of pulverized oil shale with particle fractions of 0.25-0.5 mm – 9 -14, superplasticizer – 0.05-1.
EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of means for producing low-water-demand cement, which ensures reduction in the need for the superplasticizer in production of low-water-demand cement.
