FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in interaction of fat carboxylic acids and poly-ethylene-polyamines PEPA at heating, in mixing during 6-12 hours, in successive reaction water stripping, in cooling, in adding reagents and in dissolution of reaction mass. Also, as fat carboxylic acids there are used fat carboxylic acids C6-C12, mole ratio of which to PEPA is 1-2.5:1. Mixture is heated to 230-250°C and cooled to 60-80°C. As reagents there is added mixture of limiting or non-limiting carboxylic acids and/or napthenic acids C10-C20 at mole ratio 0.5-1.5:1 to PEPA. Reaction mass is heated to 230-250°C and is conditioned with mixing till reaction water stripping stops. Produced reaction mass is cooled by mixing to 40-60°C. Demulsifying agent is added into mass and is dissolved in alcohol C1-C4 and/or in aromatic hydrocarbon or in hydrocarbon of isometric structure, whereupon mixing is proceeded during 0.5-1.0 hour. Corrosion inhibitor contains, wt %: product of interaction of fat carboxylic acid and PEPA 10.0-70.0; demulsifying agent 0.1-2.0; solvent - the rest.
EFFECT: upgraded protection from corrosion.
