FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: low-rise building with wooden walls includes a roof with canopies, a roofing and a solar water heater. The roof is made as bearing vertical partitions arranged in plan in radial direction and is equipped with a wind-powered generator of vertical type, installed on a ceiling in the roof centre between partitions. Outer ends of partitions are taken outside the building walls limits, ends of partitions are arranged relative to the ceiling surface at the sharp angle. Each partition is made with displacement to one side from the diametral axis of covering by 0.5 of the wind-powered generator diameter. The roofing is arranged as a light permeable covering, which is round in plan, canopies are equipped with automatically opening windows located in areas with maximum speeds of uprising air flows, a solar collector is placed under the roofing, and a tubular perforated pipeline is located on the roofing surface and is connected to a stimulating device.

EFFECT: reduced losses of heat via wooden walls.
