FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: hydro-pump (3) is connected with hydro-motor (4) via first and second working mains (11, 12) in hydro-static drive (1) in closed circuit. Hydro-static drive (1) consists of braking actuating device (37) and valve (26, 30) of pressure limit connected to a working main downstream relative to hydro-engine (4). Hydro-pump (3) is set to braking volume flow rate at response of braking actuating device (37). Depending on response force of braking actuating device (37) working volume of hydro-engine (4) increases with growth of actuating force of the braking actuating device (37). The procedure consists of the following stages: - determination of response of braking actuating device (37); - adjustment of braking volumetric flow rate of hydro-pump (3); - adjustment of hydro-engine (4) to increased working volume depending on growth of response force of braking actuating device (37); - and relief of braking pressure in working pipeline (11, 12) downstream behind hydro-engine (4) via valve (26, 30) of pressure limitation. At response of braking actuating device (37) hydro-pump (3) is set to braking volumetric flow rate different from zero when consumed hydraulic power corresponds to braking power of driven engine (2) at opening pressure of pressure control valve (26, 30).
EFFECT: braking exclisively with elements positioned in closed hydraulic circuit.
