FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method of studying thrombocyte aggregation is offered. Thrombocyte rich plasma is placed in a rheoscope chamber, mixed and measured for an integral optical density of all aggregates formed after cellular interaction, an integral optical density of each aggregate upon termination of an aggregation process, and the aggregate formation index R is calculated by formula: R=K/N×100 % where K is a number of large aggregates of the integral optical density more 151 standard units; N is total aggregates of the integral optical density more 10 standard units; 100 % is a coefficient specifying a percentage of the relation K/N.

EFFECT: method allows higher accuracy of studying the thrombocyte aggregation process and can be used for diagnosing a thrombosis risk.
