FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed device has a Doppler radar set, a timer, a generator of possible velocity values, a first buffer memory device, an analyser of certainty of possible velocity values, an adder which successively calculates the sum of positions of positive and negative fronts of Doppler pulses, a generator of the sequence of sums of duration of time intervals of Doppler pulses, a subtractor of trajectory velocity values, read-only memory and a second buffer memory device, connected to each other in a defined way.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring velocity by reducing errors.
