SUBSTANCE: queue control may be carried out in a service basic station, as well as in an access terminal, and an application, which generates data packages, may be executed locally or remotely, either for the basic station or for the access terminal. Generated data packages control is carried out via marking/reset of data packages in compliance with an adaptive response function, which may be deterministic or stochastic, and may depend for multiple generalised indicators of data transfer, which include size of package queue, delay in the queue, channel conditions, repeated usage of frequency, working pass band and production of pass band and delay. Retrospective data related to generalised indicators of data transfer may be used to detect response functions via threshold values and frequency of marking/reset of data packages.

EFFECT: provision of efficient service transfer of the basic station in the wireless communication network.
