SUBSTANCE: device comprises a fastening part with parallel working and rear ribs and a coupled working part with curvilinear working and rear ribs. Curvilinear ribs of the working part are arranged along the arc of circumferences of identical radius with centres located on a line, which is perpendicular to the fastening part and passing through points of coupling of its parallel ribs and arcs of working part. The distance between centres of circumferences is equal to the distance between the working and rear ribs of the fastening part.

EFFECT: simplified process of device manufacturing, and also reduced metal consumption and power inputs during manufacturing.
