SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. The comb-grinder comprises the frame with a connecting device, the drive mechanisms, the comb drum with a shaft and C-shaped teeth fixed on flanges. Disc knives are located in front of the drum. The rotor forcibly rotating in the direction of the tool motion, with pivotally fixed knives passing through the drum rotation body, and a row of teeth are located behind the drum. The teeth are arranged in bands between the rotor knives and are mated with their carrier beam by means of clamps mounted on elastic elements. The lower ends of the teeth are located under the rotor.
EFFECT: invention provides the high-quality grinding of wood residues of perennial plantings and evenly spreading them on the field surface.
