FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method includes stages of cutting 1/2-1/3 parts of a crown with pruners of fruit-bearing branches. Cut fruit-bearing branches are washed with water, dried to surface moisture of 6-8%, placed into a tight chamber and fully released from surface moisture by means of vacuumising to residual pressure of 400-500 Pa. Branches are soaked until fruits are frozen, ground in the frozen condition and separated into fruits, fine branches and sprouts, leaves, fruit legs.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of fruit picking, mostly sea-buckthorn.
