FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to resuscitation science, and can be used for determining stage of hypoxic injury and probability of patient reanimation in clinic conditions. Patient's arms are bared, straightened, including fingers, placed in lying position with back side down along their body. Observation in form of finger image colouration monitoring is started by means of computer thermal imager. If multi-colouration, including orange, yellow and green colours, of image of one of distal phalanges is replaced by monocolouration of blue colour, conclusion about beginning of stage of reversible hypoxic changes is made. After that monitoring of entire hand colouration is carried out and direction of spread of zone of blue colour monocolouration is controlled. If zone of blue colour monocolouration decreases with simultaneous recovery of said multicolouration, conclusion about regressing of irreversible hypoxic changes and about real reanimation of patient is made. If zone of blue colour monocoloration is preserved within fingers and palms of both hands in unchanged state, conclusion about cessation of hypoxic injury progressing at stage of potentially reversible hypoxic changes and about possibility of patient reanimation is made. If zone of blue colour monocolouration spreads successively from palms on forearms and shoulders of both hands and after that on patient's body, conclusion about development of stage of irreversible hypoxic injury, about coming of biological death and impossibility of patient reanimation is made.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of determination of organism hypoxic injury stage in case of clinic death threat and prediction of efficiency of reanimation measures during reanimation.
