FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely catastrophe medicine, resuscitation, and can be used for monitoring cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) effectiveness. It is followed by continuous cerebral oximetry. CPR efficiency is estimated by recovering the cerebral oxygenation curve to the initial value. Local skin temperature of the forehead of the patient is controlled by a thermal imager, and the cerebral oximetry is started with the patient's clear consciousness and temperature stabilization to 36.6-36.7°C.
EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy of CPR monitoring due to standardization of conditions of cerebral oximetry.
