FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, and can be applied for obtaining biopsy material at the background of focus-infiltrative disseminated processes in lungs of unidentified genesis. Essence of method lies in sampling biopsy material by means of pressing-cutting Bahon loop, in sutureless manner. Loop is brought into thoracic cavity on endoscopic clamp or from separate access brought onto clamp intrapleurally. By means of clamp section of lung tissue with alterations is grasped, tissue is pulled upward, loop is lowered on clamp to the base of pulled part of lung, biopsy material is compressed by loop and cut off. After that, it is removed by means of clamp or forceps. In case of unstable hemostasis zone of resection is sewn or coagulated, drainage of pleural cavity is carried out.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to simplify surgical intervention, minimise patient's trauma, reduce operation time.
