FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: tube-conductor is induced through bronchoscope duct. Tube-conductor has marks at proximal end for controlled placement of biopsy forceps. Distal end of tube is made in form of open hemisphere. Neoplasm is detected with ultrasonic probe. Open part of tube hemisphere is positioned towards centre of pathological node, and conductor is fixed. Probe is removed. Biopsy forceps are placed into tube according to marks, thus providing opening of branches towards centre of neoplasm.
EFFECT: method optimises diagnostics of pulmonary neoplasms due to target biopsy sampling.
