HEMOSTATIC SUTURE IN CASE OF RETROPUBIC ADENOMECTOMY Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC A61B17/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology and can be used in retropubic adenomectomy. For this purpose application of external Z-shaped suture on left prostatic artery on 5 o'clock of conventional clock face is performed. Thread is brought into internal surface of prostate bed by pricking out through prostate capsule. After that by means of the same thread retrigonisation is performed by application of internal continuous blanket suture with 2-3 mm step, which adapts neck of urinary bladder and posterior surface of prostate capsule. On 7 o'clock of conventional clock face pricking out onto external surface of prostate capsule is performed, where Z-shaped suture is applied and tied up on right prostatic artery. With the same thread sewing of prostate capsule cut is carried out by external blanket continuous suture. Thread ends are tied up on 5 o'clock of conventional clock face.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure reliable hemostasis and hermitism of prostate capsule suture.
