FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to urology and oncourology. During the surgical intervention, ureter orifices are visualized on both sides. Bladder neck defect is sutured in oblique direction towards each other, starting from distal edges more proximally from each ureter orifice. Bladder neck is continued to be closed in proximal direction from bottom to top until formation of required hole with diameter of 20 Ch, bladder neck mucosa is turned inside out circularly and fixed at 3, 6, 9, 12 o'clock to detrusor for further formation of urethrovesical anastomosis on Foley catheter.
EFFECT: method enables to close the resected large-size bladder neck, restore the anatomy of the Lieutaud triangle, reduce the risk of developing leakage and formation of a stricture of the urethrovesical anastomosis.
