FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and can be used in medical, rehabilitation and other institutions, domiciliary for correct motor training. A method of motor training consists in repeated motion of a body part in a preset optimal path. The optimal motion path of the body part of the trainee is segmented. The trainee fixes the body part on each end of each segment of the path. At these moments, the trainee strains the muscles of the body part. The trainee's sight is directed towards a screen. The screen is concave and represents a spherical segment with elements. Elements are bright, monochrome, many-coloured, arranged along the concave surface of the screen. The trainee's organs of vision are approximately in a screen focus. A transient combination of many-coloured elements by a combinatorics rule is set thereon for each end of each segment of the path.
EFFECT: invention provides reduced adverse effect of a trained skill on a mastered skill, reduced learning time and decreased nervous and physical system load in motor training.
