FIELD: training means.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training models or training simulators for driving vehicles. Method of training loader operators is characterized by the fact that a person being tested is provided with a visual stimulus and a controlled object with a marked center, using the manipulator, the person being tested controls and combines the centers of the visual stimulus and the controlled object. At the moment of supposed alignment, the person being tested presses the "Ready" button of the manipulator, then the time is measured from the moment of appearance of the visual stimulus to pressing the "Ready" button and the aiming error. Test is repeated several times and motor tracking time is calculated. Visual stimulus is a segment placed horizontally, presented on the screen of a video monitor. In each test, the length of the visual stimulus and its location on the screen are changed arbitrarily. It is considered that the center of the segment corresponds to the center of gravity of the given visual object, and the sighting error is equal to the distance between the centers of the visual stimulus and the sight at the moment of pressing the "Ready" button in the horizontal projection. Accuracy of determination of load center of gravity is calculated by formula.
