SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used in sheet metal bending and forming. Proposed billet clamping assembly kinematic system comprises frame to support clamping assembly pinned thereto to rotate about pins. Said clamping assembly consists of elements fixed of head supporting top pressure tool. Note here that said pressure tool may displaced by, at least, one con rod driven by first bottom cam. Pressure assembly is driven by second top cam. First and second cams made articulation mechanism to drive pressure assembly with two degrees of freedom initiated either individually or at a time. Note also that each cam may be drive by eccentric journal driven by independent motor, particularly, servo drive, or epicycloidal, or spheroidal reduction gear acting on eccentric journal shaft.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality, lower power consumption.
