FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of roads and may be used in production of prefabricated reinforced concrete articles. Proposed method comprises using ball flexible filler. Forming of road cover plate is performed by consecutive placing of mortar layers into die from bottom to top. Note here that template with cells is placed on surface of each mortar layer with clearance making S diameter of said ball flexible filler. Said flexible filler is top filled on said template and distributed among aforesaid cells. Now, in filtration, said filler is submerged in said mortar on vibrating it unless said filler is completely submerged. Said template is placed on every next layer, template cells being staggered relative to underlayer. Layer is formed from larger-size ball filler with diameter d1 and spacing equal to diameter of smaller-size flexible filler d2-d1/3. Template with cells-holes is arranged under smaller-size flexible filler for it to be introduced between larger-size ball filler. Thereafter, operation is repeated for next preset layers of mortar. Laid mortar is compacted by vibration for ball flexible filler to be submerged therein. In forced submersion of said filler, its each separate grain is submerged by directed action.
EFFECT: higher quality of road cover plate.
