FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of organic industrial and household wastes and may be used in municipal utilities, power engineering and production of general rubber goods. Proposed method comprises feeding wastes into reactor, wastes thermolysis in reactor in heat carrier medium forced through layer of wastes to produce gas and sold phases, discharging gas phase from reactor, its cooling and condensing and further separation of condensed gas phase to be discharged from reactor after thermolysis. Solid phase is discharged from container and subjected to magnetic treatment. Note here that heat carrier represents gas mix of combustion products fed into heat exchange and reactor air. Said heat carrier is heated to 750-1150°C and forced through layer of wastes at 2-15 m/s and reactor pressure of 0.1-1.0 MPa.
EFFECT: power savings, reduced harmful emission, higher quality of treatment products.
