FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of the oil wastes recycling includes wastes supply to the reactor heated by the flue gases at high temperature. The high temperature flue gases for the reactor heating are obtained by the joint combustion of the generator gas obtained by gasification of the solid residues from the reactor, and liquid hydrocarbons and water subjected to the cavitation action by ultrasound application with frequency within range 20-200 kHz and with oscillation strength 1.0-5.0 W/cm2. Part of the produced high temperature gases are mixed with water steam at weight ratio (0.1÷0.5):1, and is also used for the reactor heating. Cooling of the mixture of flue gases, liquid hydrocarbons and water steam is performed in the condenser to 20-100°C by heat exchange with the heating medium, that is further used to dry the input wastes, at that partial separation of the liquid hydrocarbons and water is performed, and their weight ratio is determined in range 1:(1.0÷4.0).
EFFECT: invention reduces power consumption, increases quantitative output and quality of the waste recycling products, reduces harmful discharges to the environment.
