FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: diaphragm pump unit includes tubular housing with suction and delivery valves, cylindrical elastic deformable diaphragms, drive chambers, hydraulic drive with drive hydraulic cylinder with piston arranged inside it, hydraulic line interconnected with hydraulic drive, for supply of liquid to the housing and receiving and delivery lines. Cavity of the housing is divided into two equal parts with a partition with central hole with a seat mounted in it for intermediate valve. Diaphragms made from non-metal material of elastomer type are arranged in the above parts of the housing, some of their ends are attached through rings to the partition and the other ends are attached through similar rings to edges of transition pieces to which receiving and delivery lines are connected. There are guide cones with perforated holes the cone parts of which protrude to cavities of diaphragms and are directed towards suction and intermediate valves, the bottom of one of which is connected to the partition, and the bottom of the other one is connected to transition piece of the housing, to which delivery line is connected. Piston of hydraulic cylinder is bilateral; above-piston chambers are interconnected with drive chambers through hydraulic lines for alternating supply of liquid under pressure for deformation of diaphragms.
