FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: hinge consists of external part with external tracks distributed along circumference, of internal part with internal tracks distributed along circumference and of ring-shape ball separator. Also, pair of tracks extend in axial direction at partially drawn pivot. Balls transmitting torque are installed in the said pairs of tracks. The separator is set between the external part of the hinge and internal part of the hinge and has distributed along circumference holes for the said balls. The internal part of the hinge has an axial gap relative to the ball separator. Also, there is a device, in particular, a journal for spring support of the internal part of the hinge having a base or a cover relative to the external part of the hinge. Convex support surface with pre-tension is formed on the internal part of the hinge from an external side. The journal directly adjoins the said support surface with pre-tension. Forces applied to internal part of the hinge are directed to a middle point of the hinge.
EFFECT: hinge without backlash gaps with insignificant moment of leading, also, simplified design of hinge.
