FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: rolling friction constant velocity joint contains a hollow housing (1), with raceways (2) on the internal cylindrical surface, a shaft (3), on which by means of a spline (4) the collar (5) with raceways (6) on the outside surface is installed, control bushing (7), installed with a possibility of sliding on the shaft (3) and with a possibility of contact with the first of its ends (8) with a stop (9), located on the shaft (3), and the second end (10) - with the back (11) of the collar (5), balls (12), placed in raceways, (2, 6) and in openings (13) of the cage (14), having on an outside surface the spherical section (15), contacting with the housing (1), and the spherical section (16), contacting with a spherical surface (17) of the bushing (7) is installed. The bushing (7) is fixed to exclude the possibility of rotation with reference to the shaft (3) designed in it and on the shaft (3) with the respective interacting elements (18) and (19), and is designed with recesses (20), intended for balls (12) and located respectively opposite to raceways (6) with formation between recesses (20) in the housing of the bushing (7) of protruding beaks (21), on which the surface sections (17) are made. Bottom parts (22) of generatrix surfaces of recesses (20) of the bushing (7) are located between the planes (α) and (β) of the ends (8, 10) respectively.

EFFECT: improvement of characteristics of the rolling friction constant velocity joint, namely, increase of its maximum working angles, increase of relative movement of its housing and shaft.
