FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: centrifugal sprayer with paired swirled flows consists of case with swirling chamber and nozzle. The case is made in form of a connecting pipe with an orifice for supply of liquid from a main and a cylinder coaxial sleeve rigidly connected to it. Nozzle (5) is connected coaxially to the case in its lower portion. The nozzle is made in form of a centrifugal swirler of the first stage in form of a cylinder cavity with at least three tangential inputs in form of cylinder orifices. A vortex conic chamber with screw thread on its internal surface is mounted above the centrifugal swirler. The chamber corresponds to the second stage of the swirler of liquid. Also, the centrifugal swirler is connected with the vortex conic chamber in its lower portion through a cavity connected to a central throttle. In its upper portion the conic chamber has at least three tangential inputs in form of cylinder orifices positioned tangentially to its internal surface. Working medium is supplied to tangential inputs via at least three cylinder orifices connected with the tangential inputs at right angle. Axes of these orifices are parallel to axis of the nozzle. A fairing is mounted above the cylinder chamber. The fairing is made in form of a truncated cone with a central orifice connected simultaneously with the cylinder chamber and the orifice of the case for supply of liquid from the main. There is a gap in form of a conic ring between a side conic surface of the fairing and internal conic surface of the case in the place of its connection with the sleeve. The centrifugal swirler is installed in the case forming a circular cylinder chamber for supply of liquid to the tangential inputs of the centrifugal swirler, the cylinder cavity of which is connected with the output conic chamber of the nozzle.

EFFECT: raised efficiency of spraying due to increase of spray and to fine dispersion of sprayed liquid.
