FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid and solution sprayers. Proposed atomiser comprises housing with swirling chamber and nozzle. Housing is composed of union with fluid feed hole and coaxial cylindrical sleeve rigidly jointed thereto. Atomiser comprises centrifugal fluid swirler fitted to case lower part composed of cylindrical insert with, at least, three tangential inlet cylindrical holes. Conical vortex chamber with screw 10 coaxially and rigidly secured therein to make second stage of fluid swirler. Note here that said centrifugal swirler is communicated via chamber connected with central restrictor to conical vertex chamber at its bottom. Note also that conical chamber top section has, at least, three tangential cylindrical inlets arranged tangentially at its inner surface. Working body is fed to tangential inlets via, at least, three cylindrical holes. The latter are connected with tangential inlets at straight angles while their axes are located parallel with nozzle axis. Note that said holes are connected with cylindrical chamber arranged above conical chamber cover, perpendicular to its axis. Note that cowl is arranged above cylindrical chamber and composed of truncated cone with central hole connected simultaneously with cylindrical; chamber and housing fluid feed opening. Note that clearance composed on conical ring is arranged between cowl conical surface and housing inner conical surface at joint with aforesaid sleeve. Note that centrifugal swirler is fitted in the housing to make annular cylindrical chamber for feeding fluid to aforesaid tangential inlets. Swirler cylindrical chamber is communicated with nozzle outlet conical chamber.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying.
