SUBSTANCE: electronic device (1) of a gas lighter for an upper part of a cooker or a barbecue of an electric household appliance comprises the first shell (2), arranged from a material that does not conduct electricity, which carries a lighter facility (3), an electronic control facility (4), and an output panel (5), integrated with the first shell and comprising a cable clamp facility (6). The output panel (5) comprises the second shell (10) in the form of a box arranged from a material that does not conduct electricity, as a self-bearing element, which is independent from the first shell (2), besides, the second shell (10) comprises the following components: a cup-like body (11), equipped with the first (12) and the opposite second (14) side holes, and an input (15), which is aligned substantially perpendicularly to side holes; and a cover (16), intended to close the input, at the same time the first end (26) of the first shell (2) is equipped with a pair of electric power contacts (27) for the lighter facility and is designed for connection to the cup-like body via the first side hole (12) of cup-like body preferably in a snapping manner, to form a whole with it, besides, with the possibility of detachment, so that the specified pair of power contacts (27) when used in the cup-like body (11) in a position inverted to the inlet (15), to form the output panel (5) together with the second shell (10).
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify operations of assembly and to reduce capital investments.
