FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: provided is a personal radio signal module, a message control and reception station for determining the location of the radio signal, intermediate stations with devices for receiving a radio signal from the personal radio signal module and generating a message. The message contains information on the type of help and the location of the intermediate station on which the said device for receiving the radio signal and generating the message is located. The personal radio signal module includes signal transmission control elements made with differentiation of the type of the message, and an inactive radio signal source carrying information on personal data of the owner of the radio signal module. That source is activated by radiation energy when scanning the zone of location of the owner of the radio signal module. The devices for receiving the radio signal and generating the message are located in residential homes or administrative buildings, mainly on opposite sides of the buildings.

EFFECT: use of an interdigital transducer during signalling, as well as three frequencies and phase-keyed composite radio signals increases accuracy of locating the radio signal source in case of emergency.
