FIELD: physics, signalling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to monitoring movement of vehicles, security systems and information management systems for road users for organising safe traffic and real-time warning/preventing or eliminating emergency situations when controlling vehicles, primarily cars. The system has a first (1.1) and a second (1.2) device for receiving and transmitting information, a vehicle (2), a conversational unit (3), a self-contained power supply (4), alarm buttons (5), (6), (7) and (8) for making an emergency call, an SMS receiver-transmitter (9) and alarm buttons (sensors) (10). The devices (1.1) and (1.2) for receiving and transmitting information include, respectively, a master generator (11.1) and (11.2), an analogue message source (12.1) and (12.2), an amplitude modulator (13.1) and (13.2), discrete message source (14.1) and (14.2), a phase-shift modulator (15.1) and (15.2), a first heterodyne (16.1) and (16.2), a first mixer (17.1) and (17.2), a first intermediate frequency amplifier (18.2), a first power amplifier (19.1), a duplexer (20.1) and (20.2), a transceiving antenna (21.1) and (21.2), a second power amplifier (22.1) and (22.2), a second heterodyne (23.1) and (23.2), a second mixer (24.1) and (24.2), a second intermediate frequency amplifier (25.1) and (25.2), an amplitude limiter (26.1) and (26.2), a synchronous detector (27.1) and (27.2), a unit (28.1) and (28.2) for displaying and recording analogue messages, a multiplier (29.1) and (29.2), a band-pass filter (30.1) and (30.2), a phase detector (31.1) and (31.2) and a unit (32.1) and (32.2) for displaying and recording discrete messages.
EFFECT: system is characterised by broader functionalities and in particular enables to establish a duplex radio link between a vehicle and an information operator communication station.
