FIELD: radio location.

SUBSTANCE: accidental law of probing frequency alteration is formed algorithmically from linear - step law of frequency alteration in pulse signals burst. Used range of waves is centimeter with frequency tuning within 150 MHz. Number of used signals in burst is equal to 2k , where k=6...8. The burst duration should not exceed interval of air target turn angular correlation. Speed is measured during duration of one burst by method of distant portrait complex vector entropy calculation, which is received from frequency characteristic, which is rephrased with complex multipliers, which consider searching of all possible radial speeds of object movement with discretization pitch dV.

EFFECT: high accuracy of measurement and high noise immunity independently from shape, dimensions and geometric structure of target.
