FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: when coding information, a sequence of ultra-wideband signals is used, which includes pulses with constant repetition period called "reference" pulses, as well as pulses lying between the reference pulses called "central" pulses. In such a method, logic "zero" or "one" coding information is contained in the temporary position of the "central" pulses relative the "reference" pulses. Time delays of pulses relative each other are determined based on cepstral processing and are then converted to a sequence of logic "zeroes" and "ones".
EFFECT: sufficient selection of information during operation of a message source and a message reception point in a mode which does not require their synchronisation.
