FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in by-product coking industry. Process gas collector 4 is installed on one side of battery of coke furnaces. Connected with retention thermal collector 7 individual thermo-collectors 2 are set on another side along front of coke battery 1. Each individual thermal collector 2 is connected with a group of equal number of coke furnaces of battery 1. A group of the coke furnaces united with one individual thermal collector 2 is coupled to process gas collector 4 for unloading and loading, while individual thermal collector 2 is disconnected from retention thermal collector 7. During this time gas from furnaces is withdrawn to process gas collector 4.
EFFECT: retaining required amount of hot coke gas containing vapours of resin and benzene carbohydrates for further conversion, meeting ecological requirements for by-product coking industry without waste water and gases additional processing; reduced material expenditures for by-product coking industry.
