FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device is designed to cool an air flow and to create comfortable conditions in various premises. The device comprises at least one cooling channel with an inlet hole for an air flow to be cooled, and an outlet hole for the cooled air flow, at least one evaporation channel separated from the cooling channel by a conducting wall and having an inlet hole connected to an outlet hole of the cooling channel, and an outlet hole, a facility to moisten the side of the conducting wall, which faces the evaporation channel, and the facility to dry the air flow in the cooling channel. The drying facility may contain a polymer with low critical solution temperature, which may be applied as a coating on the side of the conducting wall that faces the cooling channel, or from which the specified side of the conducting wall may be made. The cooling device may additionally include a facility to restore the drying facility.
EFFECT: improving device cooling property.
