FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method contains grinding the plants, ethanol extraction of alcohol-soluble ingredients, centrifugation of the mixture and decantation of the ethanolic extract, preparation of a number of extract spirits of various dilutions, and an ethanol solution of "ДФПГ"; mixing the prepared solutions in the ratio whereat the concentration of "ДФПГ" in the mixture is equal to 10-5÷10-4 mol/l, and evaluating a dilution ratio of a parent extract relevant to the concentration of antioxidants EC50, preparing a process ethanol solution of hydrochloric acid, mixing it with solution of "ДФПГ" and the extract in the ratio whereat the concentration of hydrochloric acid in a reaction system is equal to 1÷10 mmol/l, the concentration of "ДФПГ" is equal such in a dilution ratio test relevant to EC50, and the concentration of the antioxidants is equal to 0.5÷2.0·EC50, recording decline curves of optical densities of the prepared mixtures at irradiation wave length 515÷520 nm, determining an initial rate of reaction of the antioxidants and "ДФПГ", comparing the derived values to those presented for the other extracts with identical temperatures of the reaction medium and initial concentrations of all ingredients.
EFFECT: maximum approximation of the analysis environment to the real processes observed in cell membranes.
