FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method of extracting a polyphenol complex from Amur maackia heartwood. Method of producing a polyphenol complex from Amur maackia heartwood, comprising extraction of crushed raw material with a polar solvent at 50–55 °C, evaporation of the extract and drying in a vacuum, wherein the raw material is extracted with a mixture of ethyl alcohol and supercritical fluid carbon dioxide in a raw material : extractant ratio of 1:1.2, wherein ethyl alcohol is used in amount of 20–40 wt.%, and carbon dioxide in amount of 60–80 wt.% of total weight of solvent, under carbon dioxide pressure of 100 bar, at a fluid flow rate of 5 g/min and an extraction duration of 50–70 minutes.
EFFECT: method described above simplifies the method of producing polyphenols from Amur maackia heartwood while maintaining the quantitative and qualitative composition of the end product; method reduces the duration of the process, material and energy costs, which leads to cheaper production of the end product, at that, the quantitative and qualitative composition of the polyphenol complex of Amur maackia heartwood, its antioxidant and antiradical properties are preserved.
