PLANT FOR DISINFECTING, RECYCLING AND OBTAINING UNIVERSAL GRANULATED FODDER FROM AGRICULTURAL WASTES Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A23K10/12 A23K40/10 

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for disinfecting, recycling and obtaining a universal granulated fodder from agricultural wastes comprises a gas generator, a centrifuge for cleaning combustible gas, a bactericidal ultraviolet lamp, a device for mixing sludge with sawdust and fallen leaves at ratio of 1:1, device for drying mixture from sludge residue, sawdust and dead leaves, screw press for granulation dried mixture into feed briquettes, sensors for monitoring temperature, humidity and pressure and determining volume of briquettes and ash. Plant is additionally equipped with conveyor, reservoir for manure/excrements, steriliser-pasteuriser, device for mixing manure/excrements with plant growing wastes with regulator for drying and maintaining temperature within 100–120 degrees Celsius and pressure exerting action on mixture of manure/excrements with plant wastes. Mixture of manure or manure with plant wastes is transferred into a screw press for granulation after drying of the decontaminated mixture. Unit has information digital sensors for initial and final control of presence of hazardous substances and determining content of organic and inorganic substances and humidity, temperature, pressure, volume of extraneous mechanical, chemical impurities, inorganic and organic substances included in composition of feed granules.
