FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to slaughtering business, namely blood collection devices. The device includes a reservoir vessel with handles, a lid with a hole and an access plug. Passed through the plug is a blood duct consisting of a blood receptacle and a hose connected thereto. The blood receptacle is designed in the shape of a blade pointed in its upper part with its edges raised above the bottom to form a tube in its lower part. Rigidly attached to the tube on opposite sides are fixtures represented by chains with a hook attached to one of them. There is a hole with a spout arranged in the reservoir vessel bottom; on the spout a cock is mounted so that to enable its connection to the drain hose.
EFFECT: blood collection process simplification; reliability enhancement and shop sanitary conditions improvement.
