FIELD: meat industry. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a turntable disposed on the slaughtering position and consisting of a casing, lower and upper frame members, blood-collecting reservoirs disposed on the lower frame member around the vertical turntable axis, hollow knives having a hose in each for drainage of blood into reservoirs, and suspended from the upper frame member by holders. The turntable is capable of revolving with pauses in the blood-collecting position, the distance between said positions being equal to the distance between holders. A transmitter rigidly secured to the turntable body registers the suspension of each hole knife on the holder and sends a signal for turning the turntable to the next one position.
